I know many of you are beyond ready to get started. We will give everyone through the weekend to get their list of symptoms written up. Patience grasshopper.

Monday morning, we will begin our first Baby Step!

Each week will feature a new Baby Step, some food-related and some that remove other toxins from your lives.

Here is our posting schedule -

Monday: Baby Step for the week with benefits, instructions, facts, other relevant information, and further reading for those of you who like to research the heck out of everything

Tuesday: Featured Baby Step recipe

Saturday: Newsletter with posts related to the week’s Baby Step, exclusive Baby Step info not found on the blog, and an additional post or two that I think you may find interesting.

Enter your e-mail address to sign up!

There’s no SPAM here & I don’t gossip so won’t be sharing your e-mail address. Your information stays neatly tucked into my pocket for private e-mails.

I am so happy to find your blog! About a month ago, I discovered that I am gluten intolerant (have not done the Celiac test yet because I just wanted to feel good and eliminate gluten) and found out I have 36 additional sensitivities. Things like garlic and black pepper aren’t allowed so I am really struggling with what to eat. Plus people act like I am crazy because of all of these sensitivities so I am happy to find a blog where someone can relate! I have taken steps to heal my gut (digestive enzymes, slippery elm, probiotic, and trying my best to eliminate problem foods), but have failed miserably at rotating foods every 4 days. A lot of my allergens are vegetables so I don’t have many veggies to rotate! I feel like I will never get better so I look forward to following your blog. Thanks!

Carrie, I am so happy to have you here! I completely understand where you are coming from. My daughter is only recently able to have pepper and garlic (or any spices for that matter), and it’s very hard to learn to cook without them. If there are any recipe modifications you need, contact me through my contact page or send me a message on Facebook and I will be happy to help. Best of luck!

I signed up for the email and confirmed the subscription. There was a file to download (vcf) in the subscription confirmed email. Was that the Monday post? My computer said it was only partially downloaded and I could not get it to work.

Monica, thanks for joining us! :) There shouldn’t be any files to download. Once you click the ‘confirm’ button, it will immediately take you to a page that shows what blogs you are following by e-mail. After that, you’ll receive e-mails each time a new post goes up. Monday’s post didn’t actually go up until the wee hours of the morning because my daughter had some tummy troubles, but it’s up now! http://www.20somethingallergies.com/healing-chronic-illness-baby-step-1-unrefined-salt/

I never received Monday’s post or any others. I just resubscribed, so we’ll see if that works.

Hello, I just subscribed so do I need to wait till Saturday? Several months back we decided to go Gluten Free. We are following the primal/Paleo and my hubby no longer needs insulin. We tried Vegan for 2 1/2 yrs. my trig were very high. I need to get that checked again.

Hey Sharon! I’m so glad you found real food to heal you ills. That’s great that your hubby no longer needs insulin. Grain-free is definitely a great way to go for anyone insulin-resistant.

All newsletters are scheduled for delivery on Saturdays, but you can go here: http://www.20somethingallergies.com/baby-steps-to-better-health/ to find each Baby Step to get started right away if you like.
